How many users can connect?
It depends on the system and the remote access licenses you hold. As a guide, an SH3 with 8 GB usually covers a small team; for more users, SH5 or SH6 with 16 or 32 GB.
How is it different from a Windows VPS?
The VPS shares nodes with guaranteed resources and suits one application or a few users. The cloud server has exclusive CPU and memory, which is what a multi-user ERP needs.
Are licenses included?
No. Windows Server, SQL Server and remote access licenses are provided by the customer, because they depend on each installation. We help you work out which ones you need.
Do you back up the server?
RAID 10 with a hot spare protects against a disk failure, but it does not replace a backup. Each customer defines database and file backups; if you like, we plan them together.
